Note from the Board of Directors
A few residents have contacted Kramer-Triad Service Department regarding drainage and/or irrigation concerns in their backyards. During the past few years, we have had this situation assessed by both our landscape contractors and irrigation contractors. In a few cases, the drainage problems were beginning to effect the building’s foundation. In those situations the drainage concerns were addressed. In other locations where the foundations were not being compromised, recommendations were made to make the areas look more appealing but would not necessarily result in a permanent solution. We were reminded that our community was developed in a wetland environment and that in some locations; excessive wet conditions will continually exist.
The Board realizes that this can be inconvenient for some of our residents. Perhaps in the future as the association becomes more financially established, beautification projects throughout Lenox Park can financially be addressed within the yearly-established budget.
