SPRING IS HERE…hopefully the days will start getting warmer and warmer. Lots of things going on this spring for Lenox Park. You may have noticed Arbor Tree Service pruned our trees during last month, so the trees should be ready for a healthy budding. The BOD will be conducting our spring site walk to assess winter damage to lawns, buildings, concrete, roads, etc. in order to arrange repairs. If we have access to residents outside water faucets, the rust will be removed from the concrete. If you notice items that need to be addressed send in a service request to Kramer-Triad. You can do that through the website. Later this month you will be receiving information regarding our Annual Meeting and updated/revised copies of two Lenox Park Homeowner’s Association Policies: Collection Policy and BOD & Resident Guideline For BOD Meetings.
