Over the last several months your Board of Directors has reviewed, revised and reformatted the Lenox Park Policies. These Policies now refer to a By Laws Article and are extensions of the By Laws. The new format provides for future revisions and updates. A package containing these documents is in final preparation and will be available to all Co owners after approval by the Board. We hope to have that completed at our February 18th Board Meeting.
Please, take the time to review these documents and understand how you will comply with them so that all Co owners are informed of their responsibilities as part of the Lenox Park community.
