We continue to make our scheduled deposit of about $13,100 per month in the Reserve Fund but this month we paid our community painter, Essian and Son, $30,950 for painting our buildings. The Fund now has approximately $494,000 in it and we are still on schedule to hit our 2016 target of $525,000. Our expenses are still in line with our projections. The Board has approved the use of gutter guards for 23 buildings in the community at a cost of about $17,250. The work should begin in late October. We expect to cover these expenses by moving monies from other line items, for example, waste removal. We are still very comfortable with our financial performance to date. I will, of course, continue to keep you apprised of our financial performance.
