In the event that we experience inclement weather during our office closure, please use caution in and around the site until the contracted vendor has had an opportunity to service your community. Any type of wintery mix could make entryways, porches, steps, driveways, and roads difficult to maneuver. Always remember that the snow vendor could experience weather related service delays beyond their control. Therefore if inclement weather does occur, we ask that all residents use caution until the community can be serviced. It is always a good idea to have a small supply of de-icing product on hand for areas that may be your responsibility or to offset any refreeze that may occur.
