PRIVACY POLICY FAQS
 
1. Why are you updating your policy? 
Your privacy and security are very important to us. We have reorganized our privacy policy to make it easier to navigate and added additional details about our collection, use, and sharing of your information, and to address requirements under new privacy laws.
 
2. Where can I review the updated policy? 
You can find the policy on all Associa-affiliated websites.
 
3. How do I opt out of having my data accessible? 
Visit associaonline.com or your management company’s website and click on the “Privacy” link in the footer of the website. There, you’ll be given the option to opt out.
 
4. How often can we expect to see these updates? 
We will review the Privacy Policy regularly and update it as needed based on government regulations and company policy.
 
5. Are other companies updating their privacy policies? 
Yes.
 
6. How do you keep my user information secure? 
While unfortunately no one can guarantee that all data will remain 100% secure at all times, you can rest assured that we have numerous safeguards in place to protect against unauthorized access to your data.
 
7. Can I review, change, and update my personal information at any time?  
You may have rights to access, correct, and delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain data processing, as further described in our updated Privacy Policy.
